Chaia Wellbeing

Hello and welcome.
I’m Clara — the person behind Chaia Wellbeing.
I was named with a C after my great-grandfather Chaim, meaning life or alive. Chaia is the feminine form of that name.
Chaia Wellbeing is still new, and my intention is to gradually grow this into a space for gatherings, workshops, and retreats. The core pillars are body-based practices, nervous system support, and creative expression — all in service of helping us come home to ourselves and feel more fully alive.
I’m half Swedish, half American, and my journey has been full of contrasts. I spent much of my life in theatre and music — creating, performing, and teaching — until I found myself in a career transition toward writing and psychology.
I hold a BFA in Theatre with a minor in Religion from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, where I graduated with scholarship and honors. For over a decade, I’ve also been deeply dedicated to the study and practice of somatics, holistic health, and mindfulness meditation, which, along with my artistic roots, informs my work here at Chaia Wellbeing.
