Hello and welcome.

I’m Clara—the person behind Chaia Wellbeing.

I was named with a “C” after my great-grandfather Chaim, meaning “Life” or “Alive.” Chaia is the feminine form of that name.

Chaia Wellbeing is still new, and my intention is to gradually grow this into a space for holistic health—offering guided practices, workshops, and retreats in service of helping us feel more fully alive.

I’m half Swedish, half American, and my journey has been full of contrasts. I spent most of my life working in theatre and music—creating, performing, and teaching—and over time transitioned away from that career into writing and wellness.

For over a decade, I’ve been devoted to a path of healing and spirituality, which, along with my creative background, informs my work here. I love supporting others in finding greater wellbeing and aliveness.
